- No Night Mode. Yeah well you have to cut corners somewhere.
- No Face ID and Headphone Jack - We have lived without the headphone jack Touch ID
It is personal preference.
- No Tap to Wake - well thats annoying.
- U1 Ultra Wideband Chip - Its in the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro other than some features in the AirPods there is not much use for this chip as of yet. But it will be something in the future that could be missed later.

MacRumors posted a video from a Chinese Youtuber who did a teardown of the iPhone SE and swapped it with iPhone 8 parts. Most of them worked in the new SE.
