Melissa has tips for using TeamViewer QuickSupport to help support a loved one from afar. Install the apps first and pay close attention to the icon art. Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls > add Screen Recording. To request help, swipe up from the bottom then LONG-press on Screen Recording icon in Control Center then be sure to select TeamViewer (it doesn’t SAY QuickSupport, it says TeamViewer with the QuickSupport icon.
